How do I sign up and activate my CutieQs account?

To sign up and activate your CutieQs account, simply go to our website, www.cutieqs.com and click the “Join” tab at the top left-hand corner of the page. You’ll then be asked to create a profile. Be certain to enter a valid email address because your generated password will be sent to the email address that you enter. You may change your password after you log in. After completing the profile, click “Submit.” You will receive an email with your password. Then, go to the CutieQs homepage and click “My Account” at the top left-hand corner of the page. Enter your username and password. Your CutieQs account is now activated. Enjoy!

What information in my profile is available for other people in the CutieQs community to view?

Only your username and avatar are shared with the CutieQs community. Through the privacy controls, users can opt out of community features such as the community directory or elect to share more information.

What is an avatar and how do I obtain one?

An avatar is a photo or picture displayed as your profile photo on the CutieQs community pages. To obtain one, simple click “Browse” next to the avatar field and select a file from your computer. Double-click the image file that you want as your avatar. You’ll then see that filename appear in the avatar box. Once you save your profile, that will be your avatar. You can also choose from one of our pre-set avatars.

How much does it cost to create an account?

You can create a FREE account or use advanced features by creating a premium account.

    How do I prevent my account from appearing in the CutieQs community directory?

    You can prevent your account from showing up in search results or being listed in the community directory through the account privacy controls. To access the account privacy controls, select Options, then Privacy from the top account menu. Modify the profile setting to match your desired level of privacy.

    I am viewing the account privacy control page, what do the different options mean?

    The setting “Everyone” means that anyone on the Internet can access the corresponding information or functionality. “Members” means only authenticated CutieQs users have access. “Only Me” means that only the account holder can access the information or functionality.

    In the case of the “Anonymous” information setting, “Third Parties” refers to organizations or individual which have a business relationship with CutieQs and doctors or other care providers whom you have explicitly granted access to portions of your account. “CutieQs.com” refers only to our software applications or management employees which access your account to provide functionality or improve the CutieQs.com service offering.

    Can other CutieQs users see my child’s information?

    Other CutieQs users cannot see your child’s information unless you grant permission for CutieQS to display your child’s information through the privacy controls. After granting such permission, only basic information such as photos and the child’s nickname will be visible to other CutieQs.com users.

    Will CutieQs share my personal information with any third parties?

    CutieQs will not share any of your personal information with third parties unless (a) authorized to do so through the account privacy controls, (b) we are required to do so by law, or (c) to provide account functionality explicitly requested by you.     I forgot my password or am having trouble accessing my CutieQs.com account. How do I reset my CutieQs.com Password?

    A valid username and password combination are required to access your CutieQs.com account. If you forget your password, click on the Forgot My Password link on the main login screen. Verify your Username, First and Last Name, e-mail address, and answer your ‘Challenge’ question selected when you created your CutieQs.com account. A temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address provided (note, this should match the same e-mail address used when you created your CutieQs.com account).
